This is a 2009 release and my first EP as V I X I V (Void Irrevelant Xenogenic Instant Vertigo). It is a blend of epic progressive pop compositions inspired by my native island - Reunion Island, the French Hawaii, in Indian Ocean. The lyrics are sung in local Creole language, so I've written a short description of each song for you guys. I played and recorded these songs home with some of my dearest friends. It is acoustic music, yet it is nervous and explosive. If you are in good spirit, it can be appreciated as retro tropical totemic music, however this islander cartoon-like dream could turn to the kitschest nightmare and be just too much for you!
